How much will it cost?
PET PORTRAITS:
Small (11”x14” canvas): $450
Medium (12”x16” canvas): $550
Large (16”x20” canvas): $650
Extra Large (18”x24” canvas): $750
WILDLIFE AND LANDSCAPE PAINTINGS:
Due to the vast variability in wildlife and landscape paintings, there is no set price list. Please contact the artist via email or submission box. The price will depend on the size of the canvas, hours of work, and material costs. Once an initial discussion has taken place regarding your ideal product, you will receive a quote which will include free shipping (in mainland US).
Do you do human portraits?
Selina does not accept human portraits.
Any tips when taking photos of my pet?
For the highest quality painting possible, it is recommended to use high quality reference photos - the better your photos are, the better your artwork will turn out! Here are some tips:
Take photos in natural light. Avoid artificial lighting (such as indoors at nighttime as the bulb will change the colors of your pet), harsh direct sunlight, and flash on cameras.
Get as close to the subject as you can to capture as much detail as possible.
Avoid zooming in on your phone/camera as this will blur the photo.
